I am very excited about a new to us, fifth wheel that we traded in our old fifth wheel.. It is in excellent condition, 2003 the owners kept it in top notch condition. When I walked into it today it smelled very clean and looked sparkling clean.

Today we moved all our things from our old one to the new one. I had prepacked and precleaned everything. With our friends help it took only 30 minutes to move everything over.

We were hoping to get our new home today , but we had to take our old one to SGI in the morning to get an appraisel done on a dent we aquired on our old unit , in order to have our insurance pay for it. We will then be able to pick up our new home sometime tommorrow. I have a big job ahead of me now to unpack and find room for everything. I do have a lot more storage and closet space . Just one concern I do not seem to have too much lower cupboard space for pots and pans . I do have a pantry so that frees up space for pots and pans in the upper cupboards.

The problem is now that we cannot get out to camp to park. We will have to wait till the ground is dry, right now we would sink out of sight in muck if we tried.

I will busy myself sewing here at Wanda's . I sure appreciate her opeing us into her home. I felt very comfortable here and so relaxing.

Tomorrow we will pick up our unit annd park it at wal mat and start the unpacking to get tings in order.

My prayer for the next few days is God please dry up the mud at camp so we can soon move out to my own home.
see you

This was taken at our RV,park in Texas the park had a 50 Anniversary party for all who had a 50 anniversary this past year, there were about 16 couples who did. Just shortly after this party one of the couples who celebrated with us the wife died. This is what happens when you get to our age. we learn to live one day at a time and still enjoy each others company .
My sister Peggy took charge of this celabration and played the marriage game , We where asked question about different thing about our mate. Surprising most of us could not remember our mates favorite things, like meals etc. When you get to this age who cares just as long as you have still love each other through all our dislikes and favorite things and your still in good health. and your growing together in Jesus.
